Business Profile

Food Junction is built around two core business segments, namely, F&B Operations and Food Court Management.

For our F&B Operations, we manage a growing portfolio of restaurants and innovative F&B concepts, which we call “Food Apps”.  At present, we have two restaurants, Tetsu Japanese restaurant in Singapore and Malone’s American café and restaurant chain in China as well as two different Food Apps under our brand, Toast@Work and Black Ramen Japanese noodle house. Each of our restaurants and Food Apps is designed to cater to a different market segment by providing customised offerings – from the interiors to the food menu – which takes dining to a whole new level.  Going forward, we will continue to focus on introducing and developing new Food Apps that will relate to the lifestyle needs and preferences of our customers.

In addition, we launched So EZ Cooking Studio in December 2009 – the first ever cooking studio set within a food court. So EZ Cooking Studio is fast becoming a popular concept as participants get the opportunity to learn from award-winning chefs in an interactive and open-concept environment.

Our Food Court Management covers the operation and management of 19 food courts across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China.  Since 2008, we have been selectively upgrading our food courts into lifestyle food destinations with design-oriented spaces and wider menu choices, as part of our strategy to enhance consumers’ dining experience.
