Food Stall Executive

Job Description:
  • The Stall Executive will be in a position of considerable responsibility and trust. He/she will be responsible for all aspect of the stalls’ culinary operations, financials and administrative matters. The incumbent is also responsible for developing the stall’s business together with the Sous Chef, through analysing and forecasting sales, identifying culinary trends and providing feedback on market conditions and customer preferences.
Job Requirement:
  • Some prior F&B experience will be useful
  • Diploma / Degree preferred in F&B Culinary / Hospitality Management
Level of Competence:
  • Ability to operate and run the food stalls with a kitchen team of 3
  • Culinary skills on local cuisine is perquisite
  • Manpower management & recruitment
  • Enforce SOPs, hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant at all times
  • Admin Duties: Duty Roster, Payroll and Procurement orders
  • Able to lead and motivate kitchen teams to achieve objectivies
  • Independent, resourceful and result-oriented

Sous Chef (Local Cuisine)

Job Description:
  • The Sous Chef will be in a position of considerable responsibility and trust. He/she will be responsible for all aspect of the stalls’ culinary operations, financials, recruitment and administrative matters. The incumbent is also responsible for developing the business together with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), through analysing and forecasting sales, identifying culinary trends and providing feedback on market conditions and customer preferences.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience
  • Diploma/Degree preferred in F&B Culinary / Hospitality Management
  • Preferably experienced in Jap Bento Cuisine, Western, Chicken Rice or Fish Soup
Level of Competence:
  • Ability to open and manage a chain of stalls
  • Expertise knowledge on local cuisine is perquisite
  • Manpower management & recruitment
  • Create and enforce SOPs
  • Able to lead and motivate kitchen teams to achieve set objectives
  • Sales budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage stalls’ food cost
  • Inventory Management
  • OJT training abilities
  • Independent, creative and result-oriented

FOOD COURT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description:
  • Full Time only
  • Responsible for management of the food courts
  • Maintain quality service standards, ensure cleanliness of the food courts, ensure compliance to regulations and law
  • Build relations with tenants and solve problems that may arise within the food court
  • Handle customer feedback
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum Seconday School Education
  • Willing to work in shifts and in a food court environment
  • Must be physically fit to walk around and supervise food court operations
  • Must be computer-literate
  • Able to understand and speak basic English and Chinese
  • Prior F&B experience will be an advantage
