Lippo Chiuchow Restaurant, was opened in March 2007. The 8,000 sq ft Restaurant is fabulously decorated and can host a Chinese banquet for up to 26 tables. Together with its high ceiling and state of the art audio visual system, the Restaurant is an ideal venue for wedding parties or other banqueting occasions. On the other hand, its flexible partitioning arrangements offer private rooms of various sizes to cater for different social events or private functions. Customers alighting from cars make their way direct to the dining hall and are met with warm reception from Restaurant staff. The ambience carries an air of a six-star hotel.
While Lippo Chiuchow Restaurant mainly offers Chiuchow cuisine, it provides distinctive Cantonese dishes. With particular flair in texture, aroma and flavour of different Chiuchow dishes, they are committed to rediscovering the traditional essence of Chiuchow cuisine, and offering the most conventional yet delicious taste of Chiuchow dishes.
In line with its customer-oriented approach, Lippo Chiuchow Restaurant provides dishes and services matching customers’ demand, in addition to introducing innovative and delicate Cantonese cuisines. In response to growing awareness of interest in healthy dining, the chef team seeks to minimize the use of oil, salt and sugar while retaining the rich flavour peculiar to Chiuchow cuisine. MSG has no place in the recipe, and the use of fresh produce and ingredients is a must regardless of cost. The Restaurant’s signature dishes include “quick boiled sliced sea whelk”, “braised Chiuchow shark’s fin”, “Chiuchow poached red crab cold cut” and “soyed goose”, have found favour from business and political celebrities and serious diners. Recognizing Hong Kong people’s growing appreciation of wine in recent years, Lippo Chiuchow Restaurant becomes a pioneer in the Chinese restaurant sector to have a full time sommelier offering professional advice to match wine with particular dishes.
In line with its object of offering seasonal food and an innovative menu, Lippo Chiuchow Restaurant launches food items in tune with the season or on different festive occasions, such as Chiuchow style mooncake in Mid-Autumn Festival. Moreover, seasonal menus with special offers are available.
